I can’t believe that in just a few short weeks we will be welcoming our second baby! I’m feeling excited and also a little unprepared to go back to square one with a newborn.
Fortunately, I’ve been able to try lots of baby products since my daughter was born and can at least feel confident with my choices going into life with baby number 2!
Things I look for in baby products are items that are simple, make life easier, and are high quality. That’s why today I’m sharing 7 mama + baby favorites that fit the bill!

- WaterWipes® Biodegradable Original Baby Wipes. I’m very picky about any products to go on my baby’s skin or in my baby‘s body. I’m happy to report that WaterWipes® are made with only two ingredients, water and a drop of fruit extract! I love that this brand doesn’t add anything unnecessary to their wipes and feel confident knowing that my baby won’t have to deal with chemicals on their delicate skin. The wipes themselves are made from viscose which breaks down in about 4 weeks, making them better for the environment than other wipes on the market. Babies do remember things that they hear in the womb so I’m hoping he will remember and enjoy hearing these songs as I rock him to sleep very soon! We recently added I Am A Baby, a humorous take on parenthood from the point of view of a baby, to our growing library of favorites! Parents and kids will both enjoy reading this book together, as it features cute illustrations as well as some pretty relatable parenting moments, all told from baby’s point of view.
